From: Alpine ecology, plant biodiversity and photosynthetic performance of marker plants in a nitrogen gradient induced by Alnus bushes

  1. For Calamagrostis, Rhododendron and Vaccinium the data at the two sites in the nitrate gradient (b-2 with b-3, b-2 with b-4 and b-3 with b-4, respectively) are compared. All numbers are means of 15 measurements. Colored squares identify the plants for which the results are statistically different (p < 0.01) at the two sites
