Two regions were considered: 1) sampling locations that lie north and west of the Sanaga River in Nigeria and western Cameroon [ISFR, GGNP, AKZN, CRNP, MSSE, MTCM and MANB] and 2) sampling locations that lie south of the Sanaga River in southern Cameroon [DEFR, CMNP and DJBR]. Samples from the transition zone (MANB) in central Cameroon were grouped with samples north of the Sanaga to obtain these estimates.
